In these classes time is taken to ensure technique is on point and you can safely get in and out of all the moves."

"I went to my first Circus Cardio class last night. I had absolutely no idea what to expect and was a bit nervous going to a class where i didn't know anyone, but I loved it. Everyone was lovely and we did so many different things including aerial hoops, trapeze and cocoons. Great fun."
